At little Venice Country Park and Marina all of our properties are fitted with floatation systems underneath to protect and safeguard against a flood. These systems allow the property to rise and lower in a controlled manor, back to its original position without any damage. This system has been proven to work time and time again in various residential and leisure parks throughout the UK.
With the floatation system fitted, all static caravans and lodges at Little Venice Country Park and Marina are insurable.
